ICEACSA MEXICO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FOLLOW-UP FOR THE FINANCING DURING THE CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, CONSERVATION AND MAINTENANCE PHASES.

The Judicial Branch of the State of Veracruz is developing new judicial buildings under the Public Private Partnership model to strengthen the administration of justice in the state. Under this model, the contract includes the execution of the necessary works for the construction and equipment of the works, as well as the conservation and maintenance of seven new justice administration centres.

The Judiciary will pay the Contractor a Consideration related to the reimbursement of the productive public investment corresponding to the Construction and Equipment of the Works with Risk Capital and Financing, as well as the payment for Maintenance and Conservation services of the Judicial City in accordance with the defined Quality Standards and Technical Specifications.

ICEACSA is appointed by BANORTE, the entity providing the Financing, as Independent Engineer for the technical and administrative follow-up of the contract.

The works to be monitored by the Independent Engineer include a Judicial Building in Medellín of Administrative and Operational character, distributed in ground floor and three levels, plus parking and open areas. Also included are 6 judicial buildings distributed in ground floor and one level, plus parking and open areas, located in the localities of Ozuluama, Alamo, Papantla, Naolinco, Isla and Las Choapas.

The construction and equipment stage will include the construction of the structure and masonry, electrical, hydraulic and sanitary installations, PCI, air conditioning, special installations, finishes and equipment, signage and exterior works, as well as the necessary furniture and equipment.

The Conservation and Maintenance stage involves routine maintenance (cleaning, gardening, fumigation and pest control, conservation of civil works and maintenance of electrical installations) and periodic maintenance (maintenance of elevators, air conditioning, PCI equipment, hydropneumatic, transformer and emergency plant).
