THE APP PROJECT DESIGNED AND STRUCTURED BY ICEACSA MEXICO FOR THE REHABILITATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE TOLL-FREE ROADS NETWORK IN THE SOUTH OF THE STATE OF MEXICO, AWARDED BY THE STATE ROAD BOARD.

ICEACSA Mexico author of the work of Integral Structuring (technical, legal and economic feasibility) for the implementation of the PPP Project of Rehabilitation and Conservation of a total of 82 roads with a total length of 1,637kms.

ICEACSA Mexico conducted for the Board of Roads of the State of Mexico structuring studies for the implementation of the Rehabilitation and Conservation Project of a Toll Free Road Network with a length of 1,637.8 km, with residence in Tejupilco, Ixtapan de la Sal and Toluca, in terms of the Law of Public Private Partnerships of the State of Mexico and Municipalities. The studies included the analysis of technical, legal and economic-financial feasibility.

The Project considers the structural and superficial rehabilitation to be carried out in the different roads according to their characteristics, current state, traffic and importance within the network, as well as the maintenance operations required to keep them in satisfactory conditions according to their category.

A scheme of preventive management of the network is established for this purpose in a 12-year horizon, through thirteen Performance Standards associated with the state of the infrastructure that must reach and sustain the different roads, so that the service to the user is improved, deriving in less travel times, lower operating costs and lower environmental costs.

In August 2020 the Roads Board of the State of Mexico awarded the PPP Contract to the Consortium VISE-Impulsora de soluciones en infraestructura, thus culminating the bidding process that began in March.
