The Managing Director of ICEACSA Group closes the Annual Conference of AEDIP at the SIMA of Autumn
Coinciding with the celebration of the International Real Estate Exhibition in Madrid, the Spanish Association of Integrated Direction Project (AEDIP) celebrated its 20th anniversary with its Annual Conference.
The Managing Director of ICEACSA Group, Fernando Alvarez Illanes, closed the Conference with a talk on “INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATION OF THE SPANISH PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Situation Keys, International Presence and Services”, in which he looked over the keys of the current status of the Spanish Project Management, as a relevant factor in the internationalization and subsequent consolidation of Spanish Integrated Direction Project companies, a successful process resulting of the accumulated experience and expertise of our professionals, who have been the basis for the versatility and efficiency of our companies.
Immediately, he made a brief explanation of the International Presence Map of the companies of AEDIP and the Map of the provided Services, that can offer solutions in line with the changing and demanding needs of our Customers with the last objective of creating value to their projects.
He concluded the talk with references to some success cases of ICEACSA Group such as the Integral Structuring of the 4th Generation Highway Concessions for the Government of Colombia, the participation as Technical Team in the Concession of three Highways in Mexico or the Real Estate Asset Management.
