The Integral Project Structuring led by the Team of ICEACSA Group, has a planned investment of nearly 550 million euros in construction and includes 80 km of new road.

On March 21^st, ANI published the terms with which it officially tendered the road project Pasto – Rumichaca, which is part of the Second Wave of the Fourth Generation (4G) of the New Highways Program. It is expected that bids will be received until June 19th and a winner will be selected on July 24, among the 10 shortlisted consortiums in December 2013, and involving companies from Colombia, Austria, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, France and Mexico.

ICEACSA Group, in consortium with EM&A, TVA, CINC and PEYCO, has led the Team in charge of the Technical, Economic and Financial and Legal Integral Structuring of this concession, which will improve trade and tourism with Ecuador. The corridor project Pasto – Rumichaca includes 80 km of new road, improving the existing road and the construction of 30 bridges and 7 tunnels, with a planned investment of nearly 550 million euros (1.52 billion COP).
